Rescue Detox Ice is a detox beverage you can buy online. You drink all the contents and it cleanses you of toxins and impurities. It works for those who want to pass a urine drug test if all instructions are followed carefully.

If you’re wondering how to take it to better help you pass a drug test, you’re in the right place.

Does Rescue Detox Ice work?

In short, Rescue Detox Ice is very popular and does seem to work for many when it comes to passing a urine drug test. The thing is, there’s a ton of mixed reviews online and it’s very divided. There’s some that give it five stars and say it absolutely does work, while others give it one star and say it did not work for them at all.

Now, there’s tons of people out there that really don’t follow directions to a tee. It could be that they have failed due to user error and not following the extra steps and precautions (which we’ll go over shortly). I’m sure we’ve all been guilty of skipping a step or skimming through directions, I know I have in the past.

In order to pass a urine drug test and have Rescue Detox Ice actually come to your rescue, you’ll need to keep many things in mind and plan accordingly. You’ll also want to look at the directions ahead of time so you can execute perfectly!

How to Use Rescue Detox Ice Drinks

If you don’t have the product at hand, but want to know how to take it in order to prepare, I’ve got you covered. Lots of online vendors aren’t showing the full instructions, however, no need to search for them. I have them ready for you and listed below.

Rescue Detox Ice instructions

One important factor to keep in mind is that there are two different ounce bottles. There’s the 17oz and the 32 oz. If you weigh 200 pounds or less, you’ll be just fine with the 17 oz. For those over 200 pounds, it’s recommended you get the 32oz for better results.

Now, let’s get into how to take Rescue Detox Ice drinks!

Step 1: Stay away from toxins for at least 2 days. It’s best if you refrain from any toxins for more than 2 days, as this will allow you to better get rid of the toxins.

Step 2: Do not eat or drink anything at least 3 hours before and after taking it. Detox drinks work best on an empty stomach because it ensures that it will metabolize quickly. Food also tends to weaken its effects, and you definitely don’t want that. You also don’t want to be drinking too much water, as this can be hazardous.

Step 3: Shake the bottle and drink the entire contents.

Step 4:  Refill the same bottle halfway with water, and drink after 15 minutes of drinking Rescue Detox Ice contents.

Step 5: Urinate at least 3 times after drinking the contents and water and before the test.  It doesn’t say exactly how many times to urinate, but the general rule of thumb when taking detox drinks is about 3 times.

How Long Does Rescue Detox Ice Last?

One thing to keep in mind is that it takes about 90 minutes for this cleanser to kick in. So, you’ll want to be timely when taking a detox drink. Rescue Detox Ice drink lasts for about 5 hours once it kicks in. But, I really wouldn’t wait until the fifth hour to take a test. It is best that you time it so that you take the test somewhere in the middle of this cleanser’s duration.

Rescue Detox Ice Caps

If you’re a heavy user and have much higher toxin levels, or if you weigh over 200 pounds, Rescue Detox Ice Caps works better than the beverage. It’s pretty strong since it is essentially their entire 32 oz drink, but in flavorless capsule form.

I also want to mention that it’s pretty cheap too. You can find some for around $12. That’s about a $6-12 difference from the drinks! It’s a pretty good deal for what you’re getting, and I personally wouldn’t want to spend too much on a detoxer if it’s your first time and still unsure of how well it’ll work for you.

Rescue Detox Ice Caps Instructions

The instructions are slightly different than the beverages:

Step 1: Stay away from toxins for at least 2 days.

Step 2: Don’t eat or drink anything 3 hours before and after taking the capsules.

Step 3: Take 4 Rescue Detox Ice capsules with 16 oz of water.

Step 4: Wait 15 minutes. Take another 4 capsules with another 16 oz of water.

Step 5: Wait another 15 minutes. Take the remaining 4 capsules with 16 oz of water.

Step 6: Urinate at least 3 times before the urine test.

So, in total you are consuming all 12 capsules, spaced out into two 15 minute intervals. This entire process takes about 30 minutes, and you’ll need to keep in mind that peeing three times might take you 1 ½ hours, or about 90 minutes. Once you’ve urinated for the recommended time, the detox lasts for about 5 hours (same as the drink version).

Compared to the beverage, this one seems to work best. It’s a few extra steps, but worth it.

Tips On Passing a Urine Drug Test You Should Follow

Okay, maybe you’ve decided you’ll give either the Rescue Detox Ice drinks or caps a try, but you don’t want to be part of that unlucky bunch that wastes their money and gets a positive result on the test. If you want to save your time, money, and embarrassment, try taking these few extra steps.

Tip #1: Refrain from any toxins as soon as you’re told about the test. Yes, they suggest 2 days, but a lot of users mention refraining from smoking weed or taking edibles multiple days before. The longer you resist temptation, the better your body will rid itself of any toxins.

Tip #2: Make sure your test will be within the second hour of taking the products (once it’s in effect). This is optimal as it ensures its working. I’ve seen that most people like to make sure their test will be within that time frame, and most of those people pass. You might be playing with fire the longer you wait, as the detoxification efficacy starts to decrease. Time is ticking so be sure to plan ahead.

Tip #3: Eat healthier. This works a lot better if you have at least a week to prepare. It’s been shown that eating healthier foods helps speed up the process of detoxification. Try drinking a cup of water with lots of lemon juice in the mornings and even throughout the day.

You can try drinking this alongside healthier foods every hour for at least 8 hours a day on the days leading up to the test. Another thing you’ll want to consume is garlic. This is a super food for detoxing. It helps filter toxins from the digestive system as well as stimulates production of enzymes.

Tip #4: Try Vitamin B12. Many rehab facilities actually give or offer their patients B12 vitamins. This helps with the coloring of your urine and for cleansing. You’ll want to take high doses of it days before with lots of water.

However, do not drink too much water, as this can be hazardous especially when using the detox drinks or caps. Don’t overhydrate, and start the cleansing with B12 days before to help speed up detoxification.

Tip #5: Exercise or use a sauna at least a week before. Many researchers have found that THC gets stored in body fat. For this reason, you’ll want to exercise a lot more on the days or weeks leading up to the test.

Maybe it won’t work for everyone, but your sweat often releases lots of toxins. You can try a sauna multiple days in a row or vigorous exercise to help release impurities. However, don’t sweat the day before or day of the test as this can release the THC and have it be found.

Rescue Detox Ice Caps and Drinks Reviews Online

Having gone over tons of reviews, here are some that seem to be the most helpful. You might be able to better decide after reading this experiences of users:

One user on Amazon had a negative experience with this detox drink: “Caused test to come back ‘negative dilute’; so take this if you’re desperate to buy time, but will cause you to fail the test if the employer doesn’t accept dilute as a pass.” – Shwaffle

This might be something you’ll want to consider, but it can be worth a shot if you don’t have any other options.

Here’s a positive experience from another Amazon review: “I’m a daily smoker and this product has worked for me multiple times. You have to follow the instructions carefully and detox naturally as long as you can.” – Julie

So, if you take anything from that last review, it’s that there’s hope. Try the tips above and give it a shot if you have no other option. Just be sure to follow the instructions and tips very carefully.
