Drug tests at Hobby Lobby seem fairly uncommon, and probably don’t happen during pre-employment (although there’s no online evidence to suggest either way). Employees in high-level positions will certainly be more likely to get tested. A drug test due to “reasonable suspicion” of being under drug or alcohol influence at work is also possible.
