Workers say that Amazon drug tests job applicants for positions in fulfilment centers, typically via mouth swab (the equivalent to a saliva test). With such a strict drug-testing policy, it’s reasonable to expect employees to face random drug testing, and in particular those operating heavy machinery. Employees injured at work will also have to take a post-accident drug test.
