The FedEx Code of Business Conduct and Ethics notes the company is committed to keeping a drug and alcohol-free workplace, and that random drug testing occurs at FedEx.

Furthermore, FedEx clarifies that even if an employee insists they don’t take illegal drugs, and consider a random test an “invasion of privacy”, they must still comply with the company’s regulations.
