Harbor Freight doesn’t have a company policy on drug testing available online, although most who have worked with them say they do not regularly test. It appears Harbor Freight doesn’t conduct a drug screening as part of a pre-employment background, and random drug testing also seems unlikely. However, those under reasonable suspicion or involved in an accident at work will get tested.
